Risk Management & Crisis Communications - February & June 2010

How prepared are you for the unexpected? Do you know how to handle a communications flow in a crisis situation? Would you be able to recognise a risk issue and take actions before it escalates into a crisis? Are there reputation management strategies that can be implemented in advance that will protect you in a crisis?

EMG organised a seminar about this in February 2010 (watch the video impression on the right) - and is now organising a second edition on 15 June 2010 - with the help of two communications experts:

Dirk Ibach of DKI Conseil has handled crisis projects ranging from product recalls and food safety to labor disputes and litigation, for clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Baxter, Dessange, Kimberly-Clark, Kodak, Monsanto, Northwest Airlines, Ralston Purina, Royal Insurance Company, Sara Lee and the Institute for Nuclear Protection and Safety. He also has a thorough understanding of environmental and sustainable development issues.

Chris Welton is Head of Communications at PlasticsEurope, one of the leading European trade associations with offices in Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan and Paris. PlasticsEurope is networking with European and national plastics associations and have more than 100 member companies, producing over 90% of all polymers across the 27 EU member states plus Norway, Switzerland, Croatia and Turkey.

Register now to ensure FREE attendance at the 'Risk Management & Crisis Communications' seminar.
